Dear Neary Families,
As I prepare to retire after 12 wonderful years as principal of the Margaret A. Neary School, I reflect with immense gratitude on the privilege of being part of this extraordinary community.
Serving the students, staff, and families of Neary has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Together, we have celebrated countless successes, embraced new opportunities, and navigated challenges with resilience, compassion, and a shared commitment to doing what is best for children. Through every school year, I have been continually inspired by the kindness, dedication, and support that define the Neary community.
What I will miss most are the people. I will miss greeting students each morning, celebrating their accomplishments, watching them grow into confident learners and leaders, and sharing in the joy and energy they bring to our school each day. I will miss working alongside our talented and dedicated staff, whose passion and commitment create such a positive learning environment. I will miss partnering with our families, whose trust, involvement, and unwavering support have been instrumental in making Neary such a special place.
Collectively, we have built a school community rooted in belonging, respect, and care for one another. Those memories and relationships will remain with me long after I leave Neary.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your children's educational journey and for welcoming me into your lives over these past twelve years. Neary will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will forever be grateful for the experiences, friendships, and memories we have shared.
I leave knowing that Neary's future is bright because of the remarkable students, families, and staff who make this school such an exceptional place. I wish each of you continued success, happiness, and many wonderful years ahead.
