Happy summer Neary Families,

As we wrap up another school year, it’s always a mix of excitement and a bit of sadness as we say goodbye to our students and families. We’ve cherished every moment together, and it’s never easy to part ways. Still, we know our learners are ready to take flight into their next grades! These elementary years are truly transformative. Watching our students grow physically, socially, and emotionally is such a gift. I remember, as a parent, how each transition brought a whirlwind of emotions and questions: Will my child find new friends? Can they keep pace with higher academic expectations? Will they still turn to me for advice? And am I ready for these changes, too?

I can confidently say: YES! Every Neary student is prepared to continue their academic journey. They will always need your love, guidance, and encouragement, whether they’re on solid ground or navigating new waters. You remain their moral compass, reminding them of rules, expectations, and the strong values you’ve instilled. They’re more than ready, and truly, the best is yet to come. It has been a pleasure getting to know your child and witnessing their growth this year. Thank you for trusting us to be part of their journey. To our fifth graders~ I wish you an incredible sixth-grade year. To our fourth graders~ I look forward to welcoming you into fifth grade!
